OUR APPROACH

Responsible AI.
Human decisions.

We use technology purposefully while people own material decisions and client commitments.

RESPONSIBLE AI & DECISIONS

Technology assists.
People own the decisions.

Evidence before assertion

Recommendations should be traceable to sources, with assumptions and uncertainty made clear.

Purpose before data

Use only the information needed for an approved purpose, with appropriate permissions and protection.

Accountability by design

Material decisions, client commitments and AI-assisted outputs need named human responsibility.

Learning that carries forward

Record decisions, review the work and turn lessons into owned improvements.

PRACTICAL USE

AI can accelerate the work.
It does not remove review.

We may use AI-assisted tools to explore ideas, organise information, draft working material, support visual production or speed up repetitive parts of a workflow. The tool is not treated as the final authority. The output still has to fit the brief, the available evidence and the standards expected for the project.

For research and data work, that means checking important facts against reliable sources and keeping a clear distinction between verified information and inference. For marketing and creative work, it means reviewing claims, context, brand fit and the quality of the finished asset before it is used. For websites and automation, it means testing the result rather than assuming generated code or configuration is correct.

HUMAN REVIEW

Client commitments

Scope, pricing, promises and material recommendations are reviewed by a person before they are communicated as commitments.

People and sensitive decisions

AI-assisted output should not become an unchecked basis for decisions about people. Where judgement matters, human review remains part of the process.

Claims and source quality

We avoid presenting generated statements as verified facts. Important claims should be supported by appropriate evidence, source review or client-approved information.

Data and permissions

Tools should be used with attention to purpose, access, confidentiality and the permissions attached to the information or reference material involved.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Use the tool where it helps.
Keep responsibility where it belongs.

Responsible AI is not a separate layer added after the work is finished. It is part of how we choose tools, review outputs, communicate limitations and decide what is ready to deliver. As capabilities change, the specific tools may change too; the expectation of human accountability does not.
